This morning, we woke up to 660 homes in Del Rio out of power, now there are 23, according to AEP. SFDR-CISD trustees meeting for tonight was postponed, but schools will open tomorrow.
We are getting close to some level or normalcy. However, the warming center is staying open until noon Wednesday. So, please stay safe.
