From staff reports
Border Animal Mission (BAM) and Helping Paws Across Borders will co-host a free spay and neuter clinic for Del Rio pet owners Oct. 16-19.
Surgeries are by appointment only. Pet owners must register by emailing hpabfreeclinic@gmail.com.
Jessica Halprin, BAM founder and president, said space is limited and appointments fill quickly. She urged Del Rio pet owners to sign up as soon as possible.
Halprin said the clinic will be held at the Chihuahua Neighborhood Facility, 1401 Las Vacas St.
