Both the Val Verde County Sheriff’s Office and the Del Rio Police Department are investigating a loud booming noise heard on Del Rio’s north side about 2:30 this afternoon.
Sheriff Joe Frank Martinez and a spokesman for the city said the noise is being investigated. This information will be updated later.
