A new dual brand La Quinta-Hawthorn Suite hotel will soon be going up on Cantu Road bringing new employment opportunities.
According to Wyndham Hotels & Resorts, the new dual-brand hotel concept is designed to streamline development, and operational costs by utilizing a shared lobby, modern great room, fitness center, bar and other amenities.
The combination enhances Wyndham Hotels by offering its upper-midscale brand, La Quinta, with its extended-stay Hawthorn Suites brand accommodations under one roof.
The hotel is projected to open for business sometime in the first quarter of 2022.
Once completed, the La Quinta-Hawthorn Suite Hotel will be situated on 4 floors offering 103 rooms.
