Question #1: What are your qualifications to serve in the office you are seeking?
As the incumbent Val Verde County Commissioner, Precinct 4, with 16 years of full‑time service, I work daily with Commissioners Court managing operations and budgets and have delivered major projects:
- Cienegas Road industrial backbone ($6.5M+)
- Cienegas sidewalks ($9M)
- Frontera Road improvements ($7M)
- Water infrastructure ($1.7M+)
- County equipment ($2M+)
- Precinct 2 sidewalk improvements ($2.5m)
- Park upgrades, expanded food distribution and livestock stock pens.
Question #2: What is your vision for this office for the next four years?
My vision is balanced, countywide growth that lifts Precinct 4 and all of Val Verde County by investing in infrastructure, public safety and amenities. I will expand soccer and multi‑sport fields off Johnson Boulevard, secure grant funding for construction and long‑term maintenance, advance roads, water and park projects, and continue expanding food distribution and community resources to improve residents’ daily lives.
