Question #1: What are your qualifications to serve in the office you are seeking?
Past experience as a Justice of the Peace clerk, Texas DPS administrative assistant, a receptionist at a local law firm and service to citizens in our community. I’m on my 12th year as a Justice of the Peace, performing various court proceedings, perform inquests and serve the citizens in our community. I have completed over 300 hours of continuous education in Justice of the Peace duties.
Question #2: What is your vision for this office for the next four years?
Implement an e-filing system to streamline the legal process and enhance efficiency and accessibility. Continue to effectively hear all cases in a timely manner. Emphasize on ensuring every citizen feels heard and rightfully served while maintaining transparency and efficiency. As an elected official, commit myself and staff to continuous improvement and education to enhance our judicial knowledge and serve the citizens with the utmost respect and understanding. Serve with availability, impartiality and compassion. Continue to work cooperatively with fellow Justices of the Peace and all others serving our community.
