Question #1: What are your qualifications to serve in the office you are seeking?
I bring real-world financial management and accountability experience to this role. As a former business owner, I’ve managed budgets, payroll, taxes and large sums of money responsibly. I also led a nonprofit organization where I oversaw finances and safeguarded confidential personal information with integrity. In addition, my time working in a congressional office required strict discretion and careful handling of sensitive records. These experiences have prepared me to manage public funds transparently, accurately and with the highest level of trust.
Question #2: What is your vision for this office for the next four years?
Over the next four years, my goal is to ensure the county’s finances are managed with accuracy, transparency and accountability. I will work to strengthen internal controls, modernize processes where possible, safeguard taxpayer funds and provide clear financial reporting to the public. My focus is simple: protect every dollar, serve our departments efficiently and earn the trust of our community every day.
