The City of Del Rio is aware of recent questions regarding rate
changes to residents’ utility bills. We recognize the volume of inquiries received and
understand the importance of this matter to our community.
The Mayor, City Council, and Administration are reviewing billing data and evaluating
approaches that balance affordability for residents with the ongoing maintenance and stability
of the City’s water and wastewater infrastructure.
Residents with urgent account inquiries may contact the Utility Billing Department at
City Hall or call (830) 774-8550.
