Del Rio, TX – Fiesta de Amistad events are canceled.
The International Good Neighbor Council – Del Rio Chapter has made
the difficult decision to cancel the Fiesta de Amistad this year and postpone the
Miss Del Rio Pageant until January 23, 2021, the organization’s leadership announced earlier.
It is with an abundance of caution
that the IGNC cancel and postpone these activities due to the severity of the
Coronavirus in our community.
The IGNC – Del Rio Chapter works to promote and cultivate relations and
friendships between the United States and Mexico.
We look forward to celebrating the Fiesta de Amistad for years to come and
appreciate the understanding and flexibility of our Miss Del Rio Pageant
contestants and volunteers as we navigate through these decisions.
