Del Rio, TEXAS — Six churches in Del Rio have partnered together to host a virtual community revival at Saturday, July 25.
This event, open to all, comes when many people are struggling with maintaining hope for a better tomorrow, organizers said.
“In times past, when humanity is forced to go through things that challenge our lives, we tend to come together, and the act of unity strengthens our faith,” said Pastor Martin Seca, Living Stone Worship Center senior pastor. “I believe this is one of those times. It’s time to come together and seek God to see us through this season of uncertainty.”
Community members wishing to participate in this event can in three ways:
— Event Facebook page, “The Shaking: Del Rio’s Community Revival”
— Listen in through the local radio station 96.3 FM
— Call the event conference call dial-in number, 1-425-650-1390, with the following conference code: 765937
“The scriptures tell us in 2 Chronicles that God tells us what to do in times such as these. If God’s people would humble themselves and seek Him and pray, He would hear our prayers and heal our land. I believe it’s time to do just that. Let’s humble ourselves, pray, and seek His face together. Remember, God is still in control.”
On the night of the event, attendees can expect to connect with others in praise and worship, through the word and personal prayer.
The community churches uniting to host this event are Baruch HaShem Assembly, Bible Way Church, Del Rio Christian Fellowship, Esperanza First, Living Stone Worship Center and Rio Grande Fellowship.
