The Del Rio Parks Foundation’s Mini Farmer’s Market is from 9 until 11 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 19 at the Del Rio Community Garden at 210 Jones Street.
“The market was a big success last month, with many of our vendors selling out early,” said Laura Gill, Parks Foundation president. “Attendance from the community and interest from local vendors is definitely increasing, and we are looking forward to continuing to grow the market.”
Vendors will be selling breakfast tacos, locally raised beef from Republic Meat Co., sweet treats from French Girl Bakery, cold brew coffee and chai tea from Contrails Coffee LLC, dog and cat treats from Furrfully and Wonderfully Made, donuts from Floc Food Truck, coffee from Hikari Coffee Company, eggs and baked goods from Miner Farms, local honey from Robert’s Honey, and 100% soy candles from Red Rabbit.
The foundation is taking precautions to ensure attendees are safe. Vendors and attendees must follow social distancing guidelines and wear a mask. Hand sanitizer and a handwashing station will be available.
Admission is free.
