The Pilgrims and the Puritans originally founded America in the 1600’s. They entered into a covenant with God, based on the covenant that the children of Israel made with Him (outlined in Deuteronomy chapter 28 – O.T.). The reason for the uniqueness of America among all the nations on earth is based on the powerful truth that America is the only nation besides ancient Israel organized under the belief that it is the biblical God – and not man – who is the Source of all our blessings, prosperity, and freedoms. For a century or two, other nations gave God the glory as well (Netherlands, England, etc) and He blessed them for it. But they were not founded on Him and eventually lost a lot of His Spirit. How about America…? Did she run away to old lovers, false gods and idols, just like the Gomer- girl did in the Book of Hosea (O.T.)? It certainly looks like it! Did America find out that the promised free-speech of the 1960’s turned into political correctness policies? The Greek philosopher Plato wrote that Utopia, or heaven on earth, could only be achieved through rule by an elite using science and technology. Are we there, yet? In 1776, both America and the Illuminati with its occult philosophy, were ‘born’. But America was also created from the fires of the Great Awakenings and a strong biblical view that man’s rights are inalienable and given by our Creator, and such cannot be taken away from any man or man-made government. Life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness go hand in hand with all God’s given freedoms, including the one to defend those freedoms. Unfortunately, living in a fallen world, all this has been eroded and undermined. The fathers of the Great Awakenings did not succumb to the non-biblical anti-intellectualism of the current evangelical Church. The power of a true biblical revival must awaken the intellectual force of minds that are redeemed by the Word of God, and are able to effectively promote a biblical world-view into this nation.” A powerful Jesus-Revolution has been spreading throughout the States since last summer, with Sean Feucht (CBN.com) encouraging large gatherings to repent, re-dedicate, and cry out to Jesus – for it is LATE, and revival starts in the heart… In Daniel 2:21 it says “God changes the times and the seasons: HE removes kings, and sets up kings: HE gives wisdom unto the wise, and knowledge to them that know understanding.” In Mt.28:18 “Jesus came and spoke unto them, saying, ALL power is given unto Me in heaven and in earth.” And He encourages us “Ye shall hear of wars and rumors of wars: see that ye be not troubled” (Mt.24:6), for “GOD is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble – THEREFORE we will not fear” (Ps.46)! The Lord tells us “Ye are the light of the world. A city that is set on a hill cannot be hid. Neither do men light a candle, and put it under a bushel, but on a candlestick; and it giveth light unto all that are in the house. Let your light so shine before all, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father who is in heaven” (Mt.5). Let’s “Occupy till He comes” (Lk.19:13)…
