From TexanLegal.com press release
We are pleased to announce that two attorneys are bringing a wealth of experience to our firm, DeVondolyn Arrington and Eugene Haller.
Originally from Atlanta, DeVondolyn Arrington moved to Austin in April 2017.
After studying Spanish at the University of Miami and Law at the Valparaiso University School of Law, an unexpected move brought her to Texas where she fell
in love with this great state. She was admitted to the practice of law in Texas in November of 2016.
DeVondolyn has represented a variety of clients from all walks of life and is excited to serve the Muery & Farrell, PC clientele with all their legal needs.
As an avid road-tripper, Eugene knows the importance of planning every journey. He brings that urge to plan into his legal work, ensuring he always knows where each case is going and the best way to get there. His efforts for his clients haven’t gone unnoticed—Thomson Reuters added Eugene to the Super Lawyers Rising Star list in 2019, 2020 and again in 2021, and Austin Monthly listed him as a Top Attorney for 2020 and 2021.
Eugene grew up the son of two U.S. Navy service members. He graduated with highest honors from St. Edward’s University, where he earned an honors-program B.A. in English Writing and Rhetoric, a major chosen for its usefulness to the practice of law. During this period he studied abroad at Yale University in New Haven, Connecticut and APU Ritsumeikan University, in Beppu, Japan.
Eugene graduated from the University of Texas School of Law (now known as Texas Law), the top law school in Texas and one of the highest ranked law schools in the United States, where he was the recipient of a Dean’s Achievement Award.
After graduating, Eugene opened his own firm practicing criminal defense and family law before joining Muery & Farrell in 2021. He has since helped hundreds of satisfied clients satisfy their legal needs, expanding his practice areas to include estate planning, civil litigation, and real estate.
