A two-vehicle crash between Del Rio and Brackettville near Mud Creek Road left one person dead and closed U.S. Highway 90 for several hours Saturday morning.
According to preliminary information, a compact SUV collided with a truck pulling a trailer carrying a helicopter.
Texas Department of Public Safety officials said they hope to have the highway reopened by 9 a.m..
