No one was injured after shots were fired at a house in the Val Verde Park Estates area, Val Verde County Sheriff Joe Frank Martinez said Monday.
“We were called about 8:30 p.m. on Thursday, Jan. 7, to a residence located in the 100 block of Nannette Drive in the Val Verde Park Estates area for a call of multiple shots that had been fired at the home,” Martinez told the 830Times in a telephone interview.
The sheriff said the shots fired did not strike anyone inside or around the home and noted the incident has been forwarded to the sheriff’s office criminal investigations division.
“This incident remains under investigation, and we have multiple suspects at this time,” Martinez said.
