Question #1: What are your qualifications to serve in the office you are seeking?
Over the past four years, I’ve completed all my state requirements as your county commissioner, as required by the state. Have built strong working relationships with federal , state and local officials including city, school and hospital entities to ultimately give the entire citizens of Val Verde County a better way of life.
Question #2: What is your vision for this office for the next four years?
In the next four years, my goals are to complete the Roberto “Bob” Chavira Sports Complex for our youth who will be the future of our county. Completion of the expansion of the Antonio “Tony” Faz County Annex, which now houses non-profit entities with a main goal of providing help to students, veterans and neglected children of our community with many more entities to come. Assisting all Jap Lowe Drive residents with guidance to ultimately achieve their main objective. Closing out the Lausen Lane low water crossing to alleviate flooding for all “Hedges” residents who have been dealing with flooding issues for over 50 years. Many more projects to come in the near horizon. I stand with all people of Precinct 2. I am a fiscally conservative person whose main goal is to provide a better way of life for all people of Val Verde County and to spend taxpayer money wisely in the best interest of the taxpayers.
