The nation’s longest-running continuous professional bull-riding event in the nation has been interrupted, thanks to Covid
The 43rd Annual George Paul Memorial Bullriding event will not be held in 2020, Bobby Paul, the event producer and George’s brother said recently.
“We did everything we could do to make this work,” Paul said. “Judge (Louis) Owens did everything he could do to help us make it work, but we just couldn’t find a way in the current environment.”
The event is rescheduled for April 23 and 24, 2021.
